The Opportunity
Our 12-month Cadet Program runs throughout your final year of study, from January to December 2027. You’ll work three days per week, with flexibility to balance your university commitments.
Designed to provide broad exposure to the industry, you’ll rotate across key areas of the business, including:
-
Construction Division (Estimating, Project Coordinating alongside a PM/CA and on site with a Site Manager)
-
Services Division (Including our Maintenance & Electrics Teams)
-
HSEQ Team.
To support your development, you’ll be paired with a mentor who has previously completed our Cadet Program. Your mentor will provide ongoing guidance throughout your journey and help ensure that your experience is both positive and meaningful. You will also take part in regular group check-ins and have access to ongoing learning opportunities, with continuous feedback throughout each rotation.
Getting your work boots dirty is part of the fun! You’ll work across our North Melbourne, Notting Hill, and Keilor Park offices along with exposure to active project sites, giving you a well-rounded understanding of the industry from both the office and the field.
