We are seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations within our busy PDI (Pre Delivery Inspection) Centre. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys coordinating people and processes, and takes pride in maintaining an organised, efficient warehouse.

About the Role

As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee warehouse activities, manage vehicle and parts flow, and support the PDI team to ensure all vehicles are processed accurately and on schedule. You will lead a small team, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure smooth coordination across logistics, service, and PDI operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily warehouse and PDI Centre operations
  • Coordinate vehicle movements, storage allocation, and workflow
  • Oversee incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring accurate documentation
  • Conduct stock checks and maintain inventory accuracy
  • Support PDI scheduling to ensure timely vehicle processing
  • Lead and support warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and safety
  • Liaise with logistics, service, and sales teams to meet operational targets
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant warehouse environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in warehouse, logistics, or automotive operations
  • Previous supervisory or team leading experience
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Confident using inventory or dealership management systems
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to motivate a team
