We are seeking a receptionist to join our team .

Responsibilities

• Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, answer calls, and handle inquiries professionally.
• Administrative Support: Manage correspondence, scheduling, filing, and data entry.
• Customer Service: Assist with inquiries on vehicle purchases, registrations, and service appointments.
• Document Handling: Maintain accurate records of registrations, invoices, and customer details.
• Coordination: Work closely with sales, service, and finance teams to ensure smooth operation

Requirements

• Experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role (automotive background a plus).
• Knowledge of car registration processes and documentation (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
