PDI Technician – New Car Storage/PDI Centre Sydney

We are seeking a skilled and reliable PDI Technician to join our busy Pre Delivery Inspection (PDI) Centre. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical awareness who enjoys hands on work and ensuring vehicles are delivered in perfect condition.

About the Role

As a PDI Technician, you will carry out pre delivery inspections, accessory fitting, quality checks, and basic mechanical tasks to ensure every vehicle meets manufacturer and dealership standards before handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform pre delivery inspections on new vehicles
• Fit accessories, parts, and protective equipment as required
• Conduct quality checks and report any defects or issues
• Complete basic mechanical tasks and adjustments
• Ensure all work is completed accurately and on schedule
• Maintain workshop cleanliness, safety, and compliance
• Update job cards and documentation in line with dealership processes
• Work closely with the PDI, service, and logistics teams

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a PDI Technician, Mechanic, or Automotive Technician (preferred)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to follow manufacturer procedures and quality standards
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work in a fast paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver’s licence
