Job Summary:

As a service advisor, you will be serving as a bridge between customers and dealerships, performing daily reception work at the after-sales service front desk, and assisting the service manager in completing after-sales department goal planning.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Service consultants should develop and promote the dealership’s maintenance services

2. Manage customer maintenance appointments

3. Receive customers and fill out work orders

5. Prepare for delivery after maintenance

4. Coordinate the progress of maintenance work

6. Vehicle delivery

7. Follow up with customers

8. Coordinate the ordering of special parts

9. Vehicle return matters

10. Implement a fair and equitable warranty policy

11. Support pre-delivery services and delivery work

12. Provide excellent customer service

13. Respond to customer questions

14. Respond to customer concerns

15. Resolve customer concerns through follow-up calls

16. After-sales and new car handover.

Qualifications:

Education: Diploma or higher in automotive or a related field.

Training: Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations; familiarity with BYD/Lexus operations.

Experience:

  • 3+ years in automotive repair or related industries.
  • 1+ year in customer service.
  • Familiarity with BYD/Toyota operations is advantageous.

Skills:

  • Computer proficiency.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Attitude: Positive, team-oriented, good image and temperament, resilient under pressure.
