We are seeking a self-driven ambitious internal sales administrator, who must be highly motivated with great attention to detail, a willingness to learn new skills to help fulfil a broad range of sales requirements based at our Dry Creek location

To be successful in this role you will be required to demonstrate:

Your day will involve:

  • Develop new business opportunities with business development manager by assisting to grow the existing quarry accounts portfolio
  • Support coordination between sales BDM and logistics
  • Providing quotes to customers, advising on availability of products and assist with scheduling ex-bin material deliveries
  • Building rapports with customers and understanding their needs
  • Occasional relief of Dry Creek weighbridge for sickness/holiday cover
  • Undertake day to day administration activities i.e. quarry invoicing review, quotations

 

What we are looking For:

  • Demonstrated previous experience working within an internal sales position
  • Experience in the quarry or civil construction industry is desirable
  • Well-developed verbal communication skills & strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Previous Sales systems experience
  • Highly customer focused
  • Personal drive and results-orientation
  • Strong focus on exceeding set sales KPIs
