ABOUT US

Hakka is a market-leading Australian food manufacturer specialising in authentic Asian foods and flavours. For over 40 years, we’ve partnered with some of Australia’s largest retailers, foodservice operators, and distributors to deliver high-quality products that consumers know and love.

As we continue to grow and invest in operational excellence and technology, we’re looking for a Process & Systems Lead on a 12 months fixed term contract to champion continuous improvement across our business. In this pivotal role, you’ll bring together people, processes, data, and technology to improve efficiency, strengthen governance, and ensure business improvements deliver real results.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a highly influential role for someone who thrives on process improvement, ERP optimisation, stakeholder engagement, and driving business transformation.

Working closely with operational leaders, process owners, and IT teams, you’ll lead the flow of change from idea through to implementation and adoption—helping the business reduce manual workarounds, improve reporting, enhance data quality, and get the most value from its systems.

Reporting directly to the General Manager – Commercial & Operational Excellence, you’ll be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Manage the Continual Improvement Idea (CII) pipeline and ensure all requests meet readiness requirements before prioritisation.
  • Facilitate and coordinate ERP Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, including agendas, decision logs, prioritisation, and action tracking.
  • Lead process mapping and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and system utilisation.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, business processes, and solution designs.
  • Act as the business lead for Infor M3 and related systems, identifying and delivering improvements that maximise value and adoption.
  • Drive reporting quality, master data integrity, and reduction of manual workarounds across the business.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), release readiness, and deployment activities to ensure successful implementation of changes.
  • Partner with process owners and super users to embed change through effective training, communication, and support.
  • Oversee reporting enhancement demand, prioritisation, and delivery to meet business needs.

  • Monitor adoption, benefits realisation, and performance of delivered changes to drive ongoing improvement.

ABOUT YOU

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, IT, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience managing change delivery and governance processes across the full lifecycle, including requirements, testing, release, and adoption.
  • Strong ERP systems experience, ideally with Infor M3.
  • Understanding of reporting, BI concepts, data quality, master data governance, and business controls.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Confident facilitator who can influence outcomes across diverse teams.
  • Highly organised, analytical, and detail-oriented.
  • Skilled in prioritisation, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
  • Practical problem solver who can balance governance with business needs.
  • Adaptable, collaborative, and focused on achieving measurable results.

WHAT YOU’LL GET

  • Opportunity to play a pivotal role in enterprise-wide process and systems transformation.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Drive meaningful improvements that enhance efficiency, reporting, data integrity, and user experience.
  • 1 day Work From Home opportunity each week.
  • Generous staff discount across our full product range.
  • Access to our EAP for confidentially counselling and support.
