About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Parts, Accessories and Logistics the Aftersales Planning Manager is responsible for leading the strategic planning, business intelligence, commercial performance, and financial planning functions across the Aftersales business.

This position owns the development and management of dealer targets, financial budgets, forecasting processes, commercial incentive programs, category performance reporting, dealer benchmarking, and network profitability analysis. The role is also responsible for establishing and maintaining the broader Aftersales reporting framework, ensuring consistent, accurate, and insightful reporting across Parts, Service, Accessories, Warranty, Customer Experience, and Dealer Operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, governance, and continuous improvement of the Aftersales Business Intelligence framework.
  • Design and maintain executive dashboards and reporting suites using Power BI and other BI platforms.
  • Develop standardised reporting across Parts, Service, Accessories, Warranty, Customer Experience, and Dealer Performance.
  • Lead the annual Aftersales budgeting and forecasting process.
  • Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts.
  • Monitor budget performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
  • Develop annual dealer targets across Parts, Service, Accessories, Customer Satisfaction, and Commercial KPIs.
  • Manage dealer performance scorecards and benchmarking programs.
  • Develop and manage Aftersales commercial programs designed to drive revenue growth and customer retention.
  • Lead dealer incentive and bonus program design, tracking, and performance measurement.
  • Monitor and analyse performance across all Aftersales categories.
  • Develop dealer profitability models and performance benchmarks
  • Present business performance insights to Executive Leadership and Dealer Network stakeholders.

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Commerce, or related discipline. CA or CPA advantageous.
  • 7-10+ years’ experience in Business Intelligence, Commercial Planning, Financial Planning, or Aftersales Operations.
  • Advanced business intelligence reporting expertise including:
  • Data Modelling
  • Power Query
  • Dashboard Development
  • Report Automation
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modelling capability.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and profitability analysis.
