GVG is actively seeking an experienced Structures Foreman to help deliver iconic multi-residential mixed use projects across South East Queensland – and we are offering a highly attractive relocation opportunity for construction professionals across Australia.
The Opportunity
With 37 years of experience as a family-owned builder and developer, GVG portfolio consists of multi-res developments valued at up to $120M. Following an exciting period of growth, we are scaling our operations from three concurrent projects to four, including our latest landmark development on the Gold Coast. To support this expansion, we are growing our team across South East Queensland.

The Role
Based across one of our sites in the SEQ, you will work closely alongside a site team of up to approximately 10 site staff.
You will need to be conversant with building codes, standards and methodologies and have a solutions-driven approach, with the initiative to solve problems and manage conflict. Within the team environment, you will be an expert planner and communicator who can manage risks and maximise productivity across the 4 pillars of Time, Safety, Cost, Quality.

What you need to bring to the table
To land this role, a QBCC Builder’s Open Licence (Supervisor) is required. However, if you are relocating, we are happy to support you in obtaining this qualification once you join us.
- Trade qualification or Construction Management degree
- A White Card
- Valid driver’s licence
- Strong planning abilities and the interpersonal skills to manage conflict constructively across teams and stakeholders
- Multi-Res Apartment Experience would be advantageous
