As we embark on our first development on the Gold Coast we are seeking a experienced Structures Foreman to join our dedicated team of up to 10 site professionals. This multi-residential development showcases our passion for building excellence in one of Queensland’s most desirable locations.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Site Manager, you will join a collaborative team of up to 10 site staff on an impressive 20-storey multi-res project, valued at $90M, located in Chevron Island.
You will oversee sub-contractors and logistics, bringing an expert level of planning and communication to manage risks and maximise productivity across the four pillars of Time, Safety, Cost, and Quality.
We value a solutions-driven approach and strict adherence to planning and quality control, ensuring that all works under your supervision are executed with deliberate precision, not by chance.
You will have the following
- A trade or Construction Management qualification – Essential
- QBCC Builders Open licence (supervisor / builder) – Essential
- Drivers Licence and Construction White Card
- Proven structural experience on multi-story residential projects
- Comprehensive understanding of building codes, standards, and methodologies
- A passionate, team-oriented mindset with the initiative to creatively solve problems and effectively manage conflict
