The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced, driven Project Manager to spearhead our impressive $120M, two-stage multi-residential development in the heart of Redcliffe.
Spanning two 12-storey towers with a three-level basement, this landmark project is set to redefine Brisbane’s evolving coastal landscape. As the Project Manager, you will be the cornerstone of this build – orchestrating every phase from design through to final completion, while mentoring and leading a talented, high-performing site team of up to 12 professionals.
In this pivotal leadership role, you will
- Foster a collaborative team culture that inspires excellence and innovation
- Implement robust governance frameworks ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency
- Drive strategic project planning across design, pre-construction, and construction phase
- Manage detailed project budgets with meticulous cost control and financial tracking
- Negotiate optimal terms with vendors and subcontractors to maximise project outcomes
- Identify, mitigate, and manage risks with proactive problem-solving approaches
- Oversee comprehensive quality assurance processes that exceed client expectations
- Champion our “Think Safe Live Well” philosophy throughout all project activities
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 10 years’ construction experience with 5+ years in senior leadership roles
- Proven experience managing large-scale multi-residential developments
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, with relevant technical qualifications
- QBCC Open Site Supervisor licence (essential)
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage relationships at all levels
- Strong leadership capability in developing and managing cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with construction management platforms
- Decisive problem-solving abilities with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and team morale
