Gunn Agri Partners was established in 2013 and provides agricultural investment and farm management services for Australian, North American and European investors. 

Gunn Agri Partners manages over $1.2bn of assets and commitments managed across five investment platforms. Gunn Agri manages agriculture assets Australia wide in mixed farming, grains, grass fed protein, tree nuts, stone fruit and natural capital. 

We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive, and polished Office Manager / Executive Team Assistant to support our senior leadership team and ensure the seamless running of our offices. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll be the backbone of our executive operations while also creating a professional, welcoming, and well-functioning workplace for our team and visitors.

About the Role

In this role, you will provide proactive administrative, travel, and office support to the Managing Directors, Directors, and General Managers. You will play a key role in supporting the Managing Director Group through effective diary management, coordination of meetings, and end-to-end travel arrangements, ensuring priorities are managed efficiently and professionally.

You will also be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of our Bondi Junction and Albury offices, ensuring a well-organised, welcoming, and high-functioning workplace. Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and external stakeholders, you will manage office operations, suppliers, and facilities, while supporting a positive and collaborative team environment across locations.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Manage complex diaries for senior executives, ensuring priorities are aligned
  • Coordinate board and investor meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
  • Arrange domestic and international travel for executives and General Managers
  • Prepare and reconcile expenses and corporate cards
  • Draft and proofread correspondence, presentations, and reports
  • Support high-level client and investor meetings, including catering and logistics

Office Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of our Bondi Junction and Albury offices
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, creating a professional experience
  • Manage office supplies, facilities, and vendor relationships
  • Coordinate maintenance, IT support, and workplace safety requirements
  • Handle mail, deliveries, and building access
  • Maintain a well-stocked, organised, and welcoming office environment

Team & Culture Support

  • Coordinate internal events, team celebrations, and engagement initiatives
  • Support training sessions and professional development activities
  • Assist with internal communications across a dispersed workforce
  • Provide general administrative and project support as needed

About You

You’re a natural organiser who thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys being the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly.

You will bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar Executive Assistant / Office Manager role
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills and a high level of professionalism
  • Experience supporting senior executives and handling confidential matters
  • Confidence managing competing priorities and working autonomously
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Canva experience
  • Financial administration experience (expenses, invoicing, budgeting)
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
