What you’ll do

- Undertake vocational counselling, vocational and transferable skills assessments.
- Deliver adjustment to injury counselling to support client recovery
- Manage a caseload of clients providing return-to-work assistance/case management across the Perth metropolitan area.
- Hybrid office/WFH model – Our office is located in Subiaco.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders including clients, employers, insurers and treating professionals
- Documentation and report writing.

Who we are
Custodian Work Assist is a workplace rehabilitation provider with offices in WA and NT. We are accredited with WorkCover WA, NT WorkSafe and Comcare. We specialise in return-to-work services for Workers’ Compensation, CTP, and Life Insurance schemes. We aim high, stay humble, and keep people at the centre of everything we do.
We’re part of the HealthEx Group, working closely with Guardian Exercise Rehabilitation, Verde Nutrition Co and Rapport Psychology. Across Australia, we’re a team of over 190 allied health professionals committed to quality, integrity, and making a real difference.
About you
- Tertiary qualified in Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling or Social Work.
- Registered with AHPRA (provisional accepted), ASORC or AASW.
- Experience in workplace rehabilitation is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with a range of stakeholders.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task.
