A full-time fixed term (6 month) position has now become available for a person who is self-motivated, has excellent communication skills (both verbal & written), is a people person, possesses an eye for detail and is well organised.

Duties and responsibilities but not limited to:
• Answering phones, ensuring all incoming phone calls are attended in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Directing calls to the appropriate internal person or taking messages to be passed on.
• Meet and greet all customers, contractors, visitors and employees.
• Customer and general public enquiries.
• Confirming appointments
• Booking accommodation
• Co-ordinating Company functions.
• Co-ordinating repairs and maintenance of company property as required.
• Visitors sign in
• Visitor induction
• Short term contractor induction.
• Regular contractor induction.
• Reporting.
• Mail, preparation and receivable, sorting and distributing.
• Accurately sorting and scanning proof of delivery (POD’s) paperwork for ongoing processing.
• Filing
• Maintenance of Office equipment.
• Provide services of refreshments as required
• Minute taking.
• Stocktaking
• Reordering
• Security
• Distribution
Essential qualifications and experience
• Demonstrated experience working in an administrative and/or reception role within a similar environment.
• Switchboard Skills.
• Microsoft Office suite.
• Certificate III Administration.
