We are seeking a Payroll / HR Officer to join our Head Office team in Mildura. This full-time ongoing position (40 hours per week) is available due to retirement. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, this role is responsible for weekly payroll processing and providing HR administrative support across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • End-to-end weekly payroll processing
  • Timesheet validation and payroll reconciliation
  • Award interpretation and employee payroll support
  • Maintaining payroll and HR records
  • Assisting with onboarding, recruitment, and HR administration
  • Processing workers compensation payments and records

  • HR administration experience (desirable)
