Process Engineer | Drive Projects That Actually Make an Impact

Join Grove and take ownership of major capital projects from concept to commissioning in a fast-paced, vertically integrated juice manufacturing business. This is a hands-on role where you’ll improve how we turn raw fruit into finished product—boosting yield, quality, and efficiency across the entire process.

You’ll lead CAPEX projects end-to-end, optimise processing systems (extraction, pasteurisation, blending, packaging), and drive continuous improvement initiatives that deliver real operational gains. Expect to work closely with operations, maintenance, and suppliers to solve problems, implement automation, and lift plant performance.

What you bring:

• Degree in Chemical/Process Engineering (or similar)
• 5+ years in FMCG or food/beverage manufacturing
• Proven track record delivering capital projects
• Strong process knowledge (thermal, fluid handling, CIP)
• Lean / continuous improvement mindset

Bonus points for: automation (PLC/SCADA), project certifications, or experience in vertically integrated environments.
