About the role!

A true People and Culture generalist role joining a progressive Corporate Services Team! This role is designed to truly make a difference in the Employee Experience and journey of our team at GRNSW. Ensuring People and Culture operational excellence across recruitment, training and development, administration and events. The position works closely with the Chief Corporate Services Officer and P&C Business Partner in operational people support to the business.

Would suit a strong Business Partner or Coordinator taking the next step in their career. Mentoring and support are available.

Responsibilities:

• Execute key HR projects, e.g., Learning and Development programs, HRIS administration EVP,

Internal Communications, Event, Administration, Projects, SharePoint, People Metrics

Reporting, and our Reward and Recognition Program.

• Valuable support to both employee and management groups.

• Optimise HRIS (Employment Hero) utility and engagement with staff.

• End-to-end recruitment.

• Innovate People and Culture statistics, metrics and reporting.

• Workers compensation coordination support.

• WHS coordination support.

• Operational delivery against our 8 Key Workforce Management Steps; Attraction, Recruitment,

Onboarding, Relationships, Environment, Development, Performance and Leaving Well.

About You!

• Human Resources qualifications and or business-related field.

• Minimum 3years Human Resources experience or role in a related people support

position covering progressive human resources practices.

• Employee Experience and or Organisational Development experience.

• Proven ability to multi-task in a dynamic work environment.

• W/Compensation and WHS coordination experience.

• Proven ability to multi-task in a dynamic work environment.

• Progressive people practices strategy and operational delivery experience.

• HRIS (Employment Hero) would be wonderful but not essential.

• Strong organisational and time management skills.

• Ability to foster a positive culture and team spirit.

• Effective communicator and problem solver.

• High resilience and professional maturity in modelling our company values.
