You’ll support recruitment administration, onboarding workflows, people operations, payroll support, and internal coordination across the business.
It’s perfect for someone early in their HR, Talent, or Operations career who wants to grow into a tech‑savvy backend role (systems, automation, ATS, process optimisation).

- Strong organisation, accuracy, and ability to manage competing priorities
- Tech‑confident and eager to learn systems, automation, and backend processes
- Clear communicator who builds positive working relationships
- A proactive mindset — you see what needs doing and take ownership
- Enjoys structure, process, and delivering a polished employee experience
What You’ll Do
- Keep job ads, applications, and recruitment admin organised
- Coordinate interviews and schedules (no interviewing required)
- Support onboarding: contracts, checklists, system updates
- Maintain the HR drive and keep documents up to date
- Assign AI agent packs and recruitment flows to each new role
- Help with calls, enquiries, and general people coordination
- Assist with payroll updates and employee records
- Assist with quarterly reviews of market trends, roles, and competitor insights
- Learn how to use AI tools and HR systems to make our processes faster and smarter
