Role Summary
As a Pharmacy Assistant at Green Life, you will support the daily operations of our modern, patient‑centred medicinal cannabis dispensary. You will assist with dispensing workflows, patient communication, inventory control, order packing, and maintaining accurate records in line with regulatory requirements. This is a hands‑on, detail‑focused role that ensures patients receive timely, compliant access to their prescribed plant‑based medication. You’ll work closely with the pharmacist and dispensary team to maintain an efficient, organised, and professional environment.

Qualifications
- Experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting (must have)
- S2/S3 Community Pharmacy certification (must have)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Responsibilities
- Supporting patients with prescription ordering and general enquiries
- Answering phone calls and queuing prescriptions for dispensing
- Maintaining accurate patient information and records
- Following dispensary procedures to ensure efficient workflow
- Invoicing and managing OTC stock
- Maintaining an up‑to‑date stock register
- Using our patient ordering portal
- Assisting the pharmacist as required
Skills & Experience
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with eRx and ASL
- Experience with Z Software (preferred but not essential)
