About the role

The Pharmacy Assistant role at Green Life involves supporting the daily operations of a modern, patient-centred dispensary by assisting with patient enquiries, processing sales transactions, completing orders, and ensuring the clinic operates efficiently. The position is well suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent attention to detail, and is committed to providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities

  • Assisting patients with prescription orders and enquiries.
  • Answering calls and queued prescriptions for dispensing.
  • Maintaining accurate patient records.
  • Processing prescription payments via EFTPOS and credit card.
  • Completing orders in person, by phone, and online.
  • Supporting pharmacists with daily dispensary operations.


Skills & Experience

  • Familiarity with eRx and ASL
  • Experience with Z Software (preferred but not essential)


Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
  • S2/S3 Community Pharmacy certification
