Marketing Lead (Performance & Growth)

Full‑time | Gold Coast HQ | Multi‑site healthcare group

Green Life Clinics is expanding nationally, with new clinics launching across Queensland and Melbourne. We’re now building a modern, commercially‑driven marketing function and this role is the single point of accountability for performance, growth, and partner management.

This is a 50% strategy, 50% hands‑on execution role. Perfect for someone who loves owning the numbers, driving outcomes, and building capability over time.

It also requires strong business partnering, high EQ, and confident stakeholder engagement, you’ll work closely with clinic leaders, operations, external partners, and senior management to ensure marketing is aligned, understood, and executed with clarity and impact.

What you’ll own

  • Marketing performance across all paid channels (Google, Meta) in partnership with external agencies
  • Agency management — holding partners accountable to CPA, bookings, ROI and funnel performance
  • Budget allocation & optimisation across channels, clinics, and new site launches
  • Marketing strategy for all clinics, including Melbourne expansion and new site openings
  • Reporting, attribution, and data integrity, ensuring full‑funnel visibility
  • Third‑party relationships including shopping centres, retail partners, and local area marketing opportunities
  • Leadership of our Customer Experience & Social Media Specialist
  • Identifying opportunities to bring capability in‑house as we scale

You are the person who ensures our marketing engine is commercially aligned, measurable, and consistently delivering growth.
