ABOUT THE ROLE

The Fundraising Campaign Manager is responsible for planning, delivering and optimising fundraising campaigns and events that grow revenue, supporter engagement and brand impact for Gotcha4Life.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Campaign & CRM Manager, this role leads the execution of Gotcha4Life’s key fundraising initiatives including flagship peer-to-peer campaigns such as the Rows for Mental Fitness, the Gotcha4Life Cup and major fundraising moments such as Gotcha4Life Giving Day, amongst other partner-led campaign activations. 

The role works closely with internal teams and partners to deliver compelling campaigns that inspire action, deepen supporter connection and help more people build the mental fitness skills to navigate life’s ups and downs.

This role is ideal for a hands-on campaign marketer or fundraiser who thrives in execution, collaboration and delivering measurable results.

This role is being offered as a maximum-term parental leave replacement contract commencing on 27 July 2026.

The contract is expected to continue for up to 12 months and will end on either:

  • the return of the employee currently on parental leave; 
  • or 26 July 2027.

There may be an opportunity to extend the contract by mutual agreement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Fundraising Campaign Delivery: Plan and deliver integrated, multi-channel fundraising campaigns and key giving moments to grow revenue, supporter acquisition and engagement.
  • Owned Events Campaign Management: Lead campaign activity for owned events including Rows for Mental Fitness, Gotcha4Life Cup, Giving Day and other fundraising initiatives to increase participation, repeat engagement and funds raised.
  • Owned Assets & Supporter Journeys: Optimise website pages, donation journeys, email communications and other owned assets to improve conversion, retention and overall supporter experience.
  • Performance & Growth Optimisation: Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve acquisition, retention, campaign effectiveness and revenue.
  • Stakeholder management: Build and manage relationships with internal teams, external agencies, and key partners/donors ensuring alignment on fundraising objectives, clear communication, and a consistent, high-quality supporter experience.
  • Project management: Lead the end-to-end delivery of fundraising campaigns and events, managing timelines, budgets, and resources to meet revenue targets, optimise performance, and ensure seamless execution.

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone who is equal parts organiser, campaign thinker and doer – someone who loves bringing ideas to life, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by creating meaningful impact through fundraising.

You will likely bring:

  • 4+ years’ experience in fundraising, campaign management, events, marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience delivering multi-channel campaigns or events from concept through to execution and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of supporter acquisition, engagement and fundraising performance drivers.
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to develop compelling supporter-facing content.
  • Good commercial acumen, with the ability to interpret campaign results and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Experience updating website content, EDMs, campaign landing pages or other owned channels.
  • Experience with fundraising and CRM platforms (e.g. Raisely, Funraisin, HubSpot) or similar.
  • Experience using Canva to develop campaign and event assets.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a growing, fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for mental fitness, aligned with Gotcha4Life’s mission and values.

WORKING ARRANGEMENTS

  • 12-Month Maximum-Term Contract – Parental Leave Cover.
  • Flexible work arrangements available, with a combination of remote and in-person engagement as needed.
  • Based in Sydney preferred, with travel as required.
