What You’ll Do
- Support accounts payable processes including invoice entry, expenses, and weekly payment runs.
- Assist with project administration including job setup, project variations, and ongoing project maintenance.
- Support winning work through new opportunity coordination, administration and set-up.
- Coordinate the Finance inbox and respond to internal and external queries.
- Undertake general finance administration including timesheet processing, audit support, and reporting assistance.
- Assist with client credit checks and finance documentation.
- Receive training in accounts processes including invoicing and debtor follow-up.
- Provide backup support across finance functions during leave periods and peak workload.
- Provide support and backup to various operational functions including Production & Editorial, Proposals, Marketing, IT, HR and Administration.
About You
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident working with systems (experience in finance or ERP systems is a bonus).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Interest in developing a career in finance, accounting or business operations.
- Previous experience in administration, finance support, or a professional services environment will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
