Your New Role
Based in our Sydney Office, the Product Marketing Manager APAC is responsible for leading the product portfolio strategy across APAC for the Globus, Cosmos, and Avalon Waterways brands. The role is responsible for leading and delivering the brochure strategy, planning, calendar management, and production, ensuring key products are effectively showcased and aligned with
commercial objectives.
What will you be doing?
- Curate and manage the product range featured in sales campaigns, trade initiatives, and marketing activity.
- Recommend product inclusions, pricing structures, and promotional packaging aligned with market demand.
- Ensure product offerings support broader commercial and brand strategies.
- Analyse product performance, sales trends, and campaign results to identify insights and opportunities.
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights for marketing and sales stakeholders.
- Own and execute the local pricing strategy in alignment with global frameworks.
- Analyse booking patterns, competitor pricing, and margin performance.

What are we looking for?
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing with a minimum 5 year’s experience in product, commercial, or revenue roles within the travel industry.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, coupled with knowledge of PowerBi.
- Strong analytical capability with experience in interpreting sales, pricing, and performance data.
- Experience contributing to campaign planning and brochure production.
- Proactive problem solver with excellent organisational skills.
