Your New Role

Based in our Sydney Office, the Marketing Coordinator APAC supports the Trade Marketing Manager APAC in executing marketing initiatives across Asia and South Africa. You will also provide additional support to Australia and New Zealand as required across the Globus, Cosmos, and Avalon Waterways brands.

What will you be doing?

  • Support the execution of the marketing plans across APAC with a focus on Asia and South Africa to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Coordinate the delivery of trade marketing campaigns and advertising.
  • Develop and maintain trade marketing toolkits and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate end to end production of marketing collateral.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance.
  • Ensure brand consistency and accuracy across all marketing materials.
  • Attend industry functions, GSA conferences and trade events across Asia and South Africa as required.

What are we looking for?

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing.
  • Minimum three year’s experience in the travel industry in a sales, product, or marketing environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prepare clear and engaging written correspondence.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Full and permanent working rights within Australia.
