About the Role

We are currently looking for a motivated and customer focused individual to join our team.

If you enjoy variety in your day, working with people, and being part of a fast paced environment, this could be the role for you. No two days are the same, as you will work across customer service, administration, logistics coordination, and sales support while working closely with our warehouse and production teams.

Duties Include

• Preparation of system generated picking and packing reports for warehouse and production teams

• Processing sales orders, generating invoices, and handling stock enquiries

• Scheduling outgoing freight through internal delivery services and third-party freight providers

• Managing incoming calls and emails relating to orders and general enquiries

• Processing payments including cash, EFTPOS, and credit cards

• General administration duties as required

Skills & Experience

• Experience within building materials and/or logistics would be highly regarded

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Experience using software for sales processing and dispatching goods

• Experience within warehouse distribution and stock movement highly regarded
