We are seeking an
experienced and commercially focused Branch Manager to lead our Western
Australian branch based in Jandakot. This is a leadership opportunity with full
accountability for people, performance, safety and profitability.

The Role
Reporting to the Chief
Operating Officer, you will lead all aspects of branch operations including
sales, warehouse, customer service, inventory management, safety and financial
performance. You will be responsible for ensuring the branch operates efficiently,
delivers exceptional customer service and achieves business objectives. This
role requires a hands-on leader who can balance operational excellence with
commercial growth while fostering a positive and high-performing culture. You
will play a key role in strengthening Glass Outlet’s presence in the Western
Australian market while supporting the company’s national growth strategy.
About You
• Proven experience leading
a branch, distribution, warehouse or operational team
• Strong commercial acumen
with P&L management experience
• Experience within
building products, manufacturing, logistics, warehousing or trade distribution
environments
• Demonstrated ability to
lead, coach and develop teams
• Strong customer service
and stakeholder management skills
• Safety-focused with a
strong understanding of WHS requirements
• Practical, decisive and
outcomes-driven leadership style
