As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage and develop strong relationships with our retail and specialist customers.

This role will be based in Ipswich at our new branch.
Relationship-led sales are at the heart of this position, with a strong focus on account growth, new business development, customer experience, and long-term partnerships.
About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of trade and retail customers while identifying opportunities to increase sales, improve service outcomes, and strengthen customer loyalty.
You will work closely with internal teams to ensure customers receive accurate information, timely support, and consistent communication, helping deliver an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and build strong working relationships with retail and specialist customers
• Implement sales and marketing initiatives to grow new and existing business
• Act as an escalation point for customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication
• Promote stock lines, new products and marketing offers to drive sales growth
• Maintain accurate stock information and customer records
• Support retailers with product knowledge and sales training
• Take an action-oriented approach to identifying profitable growth opportunities
• Monitor account performance and proactively grow customer spend
