We are seeking a Test HR Manager to support the demonstration of recruitment processes, systems, and documentation. This role is designed purely for testing, training, or presentation purposes and will not result in employment.

Key Responsibilities (Demonstration Only)
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers on HR policies and best practices
- Manage employee relations matters and support investigations when required
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies
- Support performance management, learning, and development initiatives
- Maintain HR records and contribute to HR reporting and analytics
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture
Skills & Experience (Sample Criteria)
- Proven experience in an HR Manager or Senior HR role
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Experience working with HR systems and data
- CIPD qualification or equivalent (desirable for demonstration purposes)
