About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Site Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of project delivery from planning through to completion, ensuring our projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll work closely with our project teams, subcontractors and clients, using your technical expertise and organisational skills to keep everything running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate all aspects of project delivery – planning, design, construction and close-out
  • Drive project performance to meet time, cost and quality targets
  • Develop and maintain construction programs, budgets and cost tracking
  • Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors and consultants to ensure work meets specifications
  • Conduct site inspections and quality checks to uphold Glascott standards
  • Prepare progress reports, variations and project documentation
  • Champion compliance across WHS and relevant regulations
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the project team

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering
  • Experience in construction or civil/landscape environmetnts
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and construction methodologies
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Confident communicator who thrives in a collaborative team environment
  • Ability to interpret plans, drawings and technical documentation
  • Proficiency with project management systems and tools
