The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and highly capable Project Manager to lead the delivery of commercial landscape and civil construction projects. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced, project-driven environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage landscape and civil construction projects from inception through to completion
  • Develop and maintain project programs, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
  • Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project objectives
  • Monitor project financials, including budgets, forecasting, and cost control
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) standards
  • Maintain strong client relationships and act as the key point of contact throughout project delivery
  • Oversee procurement and contract administration processes
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and opportunities
  • Ensure high standards of quality and workmanship are achieved across all projects

About You

  • Qualifications in Landscape/Civil
  • Proven experience delivering landscape and/or civil projects in a similar role
  • Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project
  • Commercially astute with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to lead teams and drive project outcomes in a collaborative environment
