Technigro is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead our horticulture and landscape maintenance operations across a portfolio of client sites.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll oversee the delivery of high-quality turf, horticulture, and landscape maintenance services while ensuring safety, compliance, and operational excellence. You’ll work closely with clients, field teams, and state leadership to deliver outstanding results and build long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

As Contract Manager, you will:

  • Manage landscape and turf maintenance operations across multiple sites
  • Lead, coach, and support field teams to achieve high performance
  • Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and add value
  • Prepare quotes and assist with contract performance and client expectations
  • Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation

About You

You’re a confident and hands-on leader with a passion for landscaping and horticulture. You take pride in delivering quality work, building strong teams, and maintaining excellent client relationships.

You’ll ideally have:

  • Certificate III in Sports Turf Management, Horticulture, Landscaping, or a related field
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a contract management or supervisory role
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop teams
  • Strong organisational skills, including managing schedules, budgets, and resources
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A practical, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail
  • A genuine commitment to workplace safety and compliance
  • A current Australian driver’s licence (essential)
