This is an onsite role in our office at Lane Cove.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Accounts Payable Officer to join our finance team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys process improvement, and is committed to accuracy and collaboration. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our financial operations run smoothly while contributing to a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Manage the AP inbox and respond to supplier queries 
  • Assist with payment runs and month‑end duties
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate financial records
  • Support the finance team with ad hoc tasks as required

About You

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Proficient in accounting software’s. Jobpac Experience Highly regarded
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Immediately available or with short notice
