What You’ll Bring
We’re seeking a passionate leader who brings:
- Experience in Optical Dispensing and repairs
- Strong retail management experience
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, inspire, and develop others
- Confidence managing systems, processes, and day-to-day operations
