We are looking for an Optical Dispenser with a knack for making people happy, because who says customer service can’t be fun and fabulous?

Skills and experience:

If you are someone who loves to provide an amazing patient experience by communicating clearly with patients in a bright, friendly manner, then this role may be for you. We are searching for someone with the following skills:

• Passionate about Patient care and customer service
• Preferably has strong retail experience
• Ability to quickly develop great product knowledge and be confident to share this with our Patients
• A friendly team player with patience, energy, enthusiasm and passion
• Able to work 3 days per week with 1 Saturday every fortnight.

Our stress-free consultation rooms are equipped with state of the art equipment and processes. Each eye test is fully customised and on average takes 20-30 minutes to complete.
