About the Role
As a key member of the practice, you will:
- Deliver a warm, professional reception experience for all patients
- Provide expert guidance in frame and lens selection, considering lifestyle and visual needs
- Offer tailored recommendations on optical products, including contact lens care solutions
- Support the team in achieving practice goals through: processing Medicare, health fund payments, credits / warranties, entering stock, jobs due report, debtor’s management and stock takes
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming practice environment
