Project Manager

Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our team in Pinkenba, Queensland. This permanent, full-time role is crucial for overseeing and delivering projects that align with our strategic objectives. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while fostering collaboration across departments and maintaining high standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive problem-solving.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports for future reference.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in an executive or management context.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects within budget and time constraints.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Relevant project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) is highly desirable.
