Are you an experienced people leader with a passion for driving performance, optimising systems, and delivering exceptional customer experiences? We’re looking for a Leads Management Team Manager to lead our dynamic Leads Team at Gro.

In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee the full lead lifecycle from first enquiry through to booked consultation ensuring our potential clients receive a seamless and responsive experience. You’ll manage a small team responsible for lead conversion across multiple channels, optimise HubSpot workflows, and work closely with Head of Sales, Marketing, Clinics and Operations to maximise conversion rates.

What you’ll do

  • Follow up on leads, book in consultations
  • Lead, coach and develop the Leads Team to deliver exceptional performance and customer engagement.
  • Manage daily team operations including allocation, tracking and follow-up of all incoming leads.
  • Analyse lead conversion data, identify trends and implement strategies to improve results.
  • Ensure CRM processes in HubSpot are efficient, accurate and continuously optimised.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales to improve campaign outcomes and ensure a smooth customer journey.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to senior leadership.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience managing a leads or inside sales team, ideally in a customer-focused or health-related industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and coaching skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Based in Sydney— hybrid work available.
