The successful candidate will be a strong and practical leader who can manage competing priorities, strengthen systems and processes, support workforce capability and build effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation.

·A collaborative, values driven and emotionally intelligent leadership style

Experience working within an Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation or community services environment will be highly regarded.
