At The Great Aussie Bush Camp, we’re on the lookout for energetic, enthusiastic Activity Instructors who love working with young people and bringing unforgettable camp experiences to life. If you thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environment and enjoy creating moments that build confidence, teamwork, and lifelong memories—this is the role for you!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading fun, high-energy activities that get kids engaged and excited
• Supporting groups throughout their stay to ensure a smooth, memorable experience
• Welcoming campers with engaging briefings, tours and safety demos
• Helping run lively evening programs that keep the camp spirit going
• Looking after equipment to keep everything safe and ready to go
• Pitching in across the camp—from activities to operations—as part of a supportive team

About You

• You have experience working with children or young people
• You’re positive, reliable, and love working as part of a team
• You bring great energy, strong communication skills, and a can-do attitude
• You care about safety and creating outstanding experiences
• Bonus: First Aid and outdoor activity experience
