About the role

Join the Fremantle Dockers’ as a Membership Services Officer and on a casual basis where you will be the first point of contact for our fans and members. In additional to the hours in our Membership team, there is additional scope to take on shifts in our Team Store. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who loves customer service and wants variety in a fast-paced, member-facing environment.

What you’ll be doing

  • Delivering outstanding service by phone, email and in person
  • Processing memberships, renewals and upgrades via Archtics CRM
  • Making outbound sales calls to prospective and lapsed members
  • Resolving customer queries, escalating issues as needed
  • Maintaining accurate database records and reporting
  • Once trained, supporting Team Store retail and merchandise

What you will bring

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and databases is desirable
  • Desire to provide an exceptional member experience

The successful candidate will also need to provide a WA Working with Children check.
