Rental Hire co-ordinator

About the role Fork Force Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated Rental Hire coordinator to join our friendly team. This is a full-time role based in Larapinta. We seek a genuine hardworking individual who would like to learn this exciting role. What you’ll be doing

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including advising them on the most suitable equipment for their needs, quoting, and contracting.
• Maintaining an up-to-date inventory of rental equipment and ensuring timely delivery and collection of material handling assets
• Ability to work autonomously as well as working with a friendly team to optimise fleet utilisation 
• Ensuring all rental operations comply with relevant health and safety requirements 
• Contribute to improvements of rental processes and practices

What we’re looking for

• Do you have experience in fleet management and the rental of material handling equipment, or are you willing to learn?
• Knowledge of material handling equipment preferred but not essential – Forklifts, pallet trucks and other machinery.
• Passion to excel in customer service and think outside the square to provide solutions to client needs
• Desire to achieve goals and ability to multitask.
• A keen eye for details and the ability to identify further rental opportunities
