Description

At Focus Care, we’re seeking caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our team. With a minimum of two hours spent with each client, you’ll have the opportunity to build genuine connections, get to know the people you support, and make a positive impact in their everyday lives.

We’re currently recruiting Support Workers to support participants in all areas throughout Sydney, including the North Shore, Inner West and Western Sydney.

Our services run Monday to Sunday, making this role a great fit for experienced Support Workers, nursing students, allied health students, or anyone passionate about helping others live independently.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be someone who enjoys working with people and is committed to providing high-quality support.

To join our team, you’ll need:

  • A current driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle
  • NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Availability to work at least 10-15 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • A willingness to assist with, personal care, transport, community access, domestic assistance and social support
  • The ability to travel to participants’ homes
