About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator (Scheduling) to join our dynamic operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing customer service, scheduling, problem-solving, and relationship management in a fast-paced environment.

As the first point of contact for participants and support workers, you’ll coordinate service schedules, respond to enquiries, manage service changes, and ensure our participants receive exceptional support every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage support worker schedules across your allocated region.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries via phone and email.
  • Manage service requests, schedule changes, and participant communications.
  • Ensure shifts are filled and services are delivered efficiently.
  • Support participant onboarding and service growth opportunities.

About You

  • Previous experience in customer service and scheduling (preferably in NDIS and/or aged care environment)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to manage competing priorities.
