WHAT YOU WILL DO
Looking to join the NEW Fluiconnecto Ryco brand offering a professional environment of Respect, Safety with a can-do attitude? As we enter a new phase of rapid growth for the business, we are now seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our successful team in Derrimut VIC.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new market opportunities (selling to mainly Recycling and Waste environments customers) and have the ability to build strong relationships with your customers. You will be joining a successful, supportive and experienced team, that provides a conducive environment for professional growth, collaboration and success. This is an exciting time for the business as we continue to make huge progress in selling Hydraulic parts and fittings across Australia and New Zealand.
An excellent salary is offered up for this position, PLUS a very generous and well paid commission bonus $$$. You will also receive a brand new Fluiconnecto Ryco company vehicle as part of the deal.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Proactively seek out and build relationships with potential customers (Predominantly Recycling and Waste customers)
Maintain and Grow Existing Accounts: Provide outstanding customer service and build long-term partnerships.
Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our products to effectively address customer needs.
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Quoting and Pricing: Prepare and present competitive quotations to customers.
Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer demands.
Collaboration: Work closely with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
ABOUT YOU
Experience: Have solid proven sales experience within Mining, Agriculture or Manufacturing industries, ideally with mechanical knowledge of mobile equipment. (Selling into Recycling and Waste environment would be highly appealing for this role)
Knowledge: Familiarity with hydraulic hose & fittings is highly desirable.
Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Self-Motivation: A results-driven individual with a proactive approach to sales.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is required.
