What you will be doing & delivering:
The Packing Leading Hand role is a permanent, full-time position, working 4 days per week from Wednesday through to Saturday to support and lead packing operations at our Tatura site.
- ·Training, inducting and supporting new team members as they find their feet
- Leading by example and ensuring your team’s tasks are completed safely and efficiently
- Operating and overseeing packing machinery and equipment to meet production targets
- Performing quality checks to maintain the high product standards we’re known for
- Working closely with the Production Supervisor to keep daily operations running smoothly
What You’ll Bring to the Role:
- Enjoy coaching and mentoring others and take pride in helping your team succeed
- Are a reliable team player with a strong work ethic and a sharp eye for detail
- Are hands-on and happy to roll up your sleeves and get the job done
- Have experience in a production or packing environment – though this isn’t essential, we’ll back you with full training
- Are ready to step up and grow your career with one of the world’s leading glasshouse producers of fresh fruit
