the Role
This isn’t your typical outbound sales role.
At Five Good Friends, every conversation you have
can make a real difference. You’ll be connecting with older
Australians, people living with disability, and their families at pivotal
moments. During these calls, you’ll support them in understanding their
options, navigating care systems, and feeling confident living independently in
the home they love.
Success
here comes from your ability to listen, build trust, and genuinely care. You’ll
use your sales skills not just to convert leads, but to guide people toward
better outcomes and a better quality of life.

What You’ll Be Doing
· Drive outbound engagement with
warm leads, using your communication skills to create trust and open quality
conversations
· Nurture your pipeline of warm
leads, building relationships over time and guiding each person toward becoming
a Five Good Friends member
- Use your sales skills with
empathy by handling objections, reinforcing value, and helping people
choose the support that’s right for them
- Collaborate closely with
your team to ensure a smooth and supportive experience from first contact
through to sign-up
We are
currently recruiting for the 9:30am–5:30pm shift. Enjoy a hybrid work
style where the team connects weekly in our South Bank office, while also
benefiting from the flexibility to work from home.
About
You
You’re a
natural relationship builder who knows that great sales start with genuine care
and understanding. You’re motivated by results but even more by making a
meaningful impact in people’s lives. You have:
- 2+ years in an outbound
sales role, ideally within a call centre environment
- Experience using CRM
systems and marketing automation tools
- Solid understanding of
sales principles and customer service practices
- Ability to manage your own pipeline,
keeping accurate CRM records and following up consistently to deliver
great outcomes
- Strong communication skills
– clear, confident and compassionate
- Highly organised, with
strong administration and time management skills
- Ability to obtain and
maintain a relevant clear criminal history check
