We are seeking a motivated and community‑focused Client Case Worker to support our programs across the Sunshine Coast region.

About the Role

As a Client Case Worker, you will play a key role in supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participants to achieve meaningful and sustainable outcomes. Working closely with Employment Specialists, mentors, employers, and community partners, you will provide end‑to‑end case management, advocacy, and support tailored to each individual’s journey. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, purpose‑driven environment and is committed to creating positive change within community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and collaborate with Employment Specialists to recruit participants and support job placements
  • Provide tailored case management and ongoing participant support
  • Assist participants to identify barriers and access appropriate support services
  • Build strong relationships with employers, community organisations, and key stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records and complete required reporting within program timeframes

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Experience in employment services, recruitment, training, case management, or employment programs
  • A proactive, resourceful approach and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with participants and stakeholders
  • Cultural capability and demonstrated experience working effectively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, communities, and organisations
  • A genuine commitment to empowering individuals and supporting community‑led outcomes

You will also need:

  • Current C Class Driver’s Licence
  • Valid Working with Children Blue Card, or the ability to obtain one
  • Current Police check, or ability to complete one
