Summary:

Join our team as a Guest Service Agent, where you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about hospitality. This role is a live-on position and covers all shifts including overnight shifts (night audit).

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively, providing solutions to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Manage reservations and check-in/check-out processes efficiently.
  • Provide information about hotel services
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the front desk area.
  • Manage the ferry service manifest efficiently

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and hotel management software.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent service.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
