The Role

 

As a Strategic Account Executive, you will drive new business acquisition by proactively identifying, influencing, and securing enterprise employer clients through prospecting, networking, responding to leads, and executing targeted sales strategies. You will be responsible for building and managing a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality opportunities to consistently meet and exceed sales objectives.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Achieve individual activity and sales KPIs, driving growth in Fitness Passport memberships per annum.
  • Manage and actively work the sales pipeline from initial enquiry through to program launch, maintaining the right quality and quantity of clients at each stage.
  • Meet with employer clients and key stakeholders to secure sales and build profitable, long-lasting relationships.
  • Ensure deep knowledge of sales and legal playbooks, scripting, KPIs, and collateral to maximise sales effectiveness.
  • Propose, document and refine strategies and business processes to enhance membership growth, customer experience and efficiency.
  • Drive awareness of Fitness Passport through industry events, networking and strategic market positioning.
  • Collaborate effectively with the broader Fitness Passport team, including the Network team, to support network stability and growth.

About You:

We’re looking for an energetic, driven and results-oriented sales professional who thrives in a high-performance culture. You’ll bring:

 

  • Genuinely curious and passionate about health, wellness, and fitness.
  • 5+ years of enterprise sales or account management experience, ideally in B2B or B2B2C models You have connections across the HR and/or employee benefits space, with the ability to open doors and build trust quickly
  • Proven success in securing new business and consistently hitting sales targets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a strategic mindset, with the ability to propose innovative solutions.
  • High computer literacy including proficiency with CRM tools and Excel; exposure to business intelligence tools is a plus.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • The ability to develop and nurture influential professional relationships with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Adaptability, a collaborative mindset, and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Honesty, reliability and discretion.
